Cheese Ravioli Carbonara

WELCOME TO RECIPE ROUND UP WEEK! I’m excited to share some tasty find with you all and hope you’ll share yours as well!

I thought I’d kick off the Recipe Round UP with an oldie but a goodie. It’s only “old” because we’ve been doing nothing but 17-day diet recipes lately but I never got a chance to write about it before so here we go!

I found this delicious looking Cheese Ravioli Carbonara recipe from Leah over at So How’s It Taste and knew I had to try it. I’m thankful I did because the hubs and I both agree it is, “the best cheese ravioli we’ve ever had”… and that’s a direct quote!

Fresh chopped basil and 4 pieces of YUMMY, CRISPY, crumbled bacon. Basically the perfect carbonara topping.

2 tbsp light Italian dressing, 3/4 cup chicken broth, 1 package refrigerated or frozen cheese ravioli, and 1/2 cup half-and-half. Basically the key to making your house smell like a classic Italian restaurant.

My kitchen helpers looking on to see if any scraps land on the floor that need devouring.

Sprinkle with basil, parmesan, and bacon and serve with your favorite veggies.

OMGah SO delicious! You MUST MUST MUST try this recipe. And when you do and your response is “OH MY GAH!!!!” You’ll agree that it’s the best ravioli ever.

The perfect in-home date night meal.
