Fill in the blank Friday

This looked like fun, and you know I love link ups, so I thought I’d give it a shot this week just for kicks. *Thanks to Mel at Career Desires to Bottles & Diapers for the idea!

1. Something I am very proud of is having a successful natural childbirth. I know it’s been 9 months since it happened but I have a lot of friends and blogger loves that have been having babies lately and each time another little miracle is born I’m reminded of my LO’s birth. It was the hardest thing I’ve ever done but I will forever be proud of myself for it.

2.  My favorite thing about myself is my desire to succeed. It can bite me in the butt sometimes because mishaps and failure have a huge effect on me, but I’m thankful that I have the need and the will to do the right thing the right way as often as I can.

3.  My favorite color for fall is orange for decor, black for clothes… although I love black clothes all year long.

4. Something I’ve been learning lately is time management. I’ve always been pretty organized but thanks to the never-ending stream of ideas and thoughts running through my head at any given moment I am easily distracted. Now that I’m a WAHM it’s been harder to keep my focus on the task at hand and not jump into PLAYTIME… which is all I really want to do.

5. A book I am reading now/have read recently is  The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern. AMAZING… a must read for sure.

6. My favorite Pandora Station is quick mix! How’s that for dodging a question! I like to mix and match my tunes so shuffling through all of my stations {Pentatonix, Kristin Chenoweth, Frank Sinatra, Classical, Film scores, and of course Baby Einstein} is a must.

7.  This weekend I will be taking photos for my soon-to-be-open Etsy shop. Hopefully getting some items listed to launch the shop as well!
